    Many of our consulting engagements begin with our Development Scan, an exploratory assessment that helps uncover how behavior, ambitions and organizational identity align.\nWe also facilitate Anchor Sessions with leadership teams and key stakeholders to explore ownership, responsibilities and what successful change requires from the wider organization.<\/p>\n
